NJ SEED Commends the Actions of NJ’s Board of Public Utilities

On behalf of the Officers and Trustees of the New Jersey Society for Environmental Economic Development (NJSEED), NJ SEED commends the actions taken by New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) in their decision to create a Distribution System Improvement Charge (DSIC) program.
