NJ Transit, Amtrak Still Hunting for “Root Causes’ of Recent Train Delays

Rail agencies are still trying to determine the “root causes” behind the train delays that have roiled New Jersey since May and are considering expanding work crews’ nighttime schedules to speed the pace of repairs.
